Parts Warranty: All parts sold on this website are genuine Rollease parts, if you believe that you have received a defective part, return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacment.
Return Policy.. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type less shipping and handling charges and a 10% restocking fee. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
RETURN CONDITION.. Products must be in as new conditon with no sign of use,this includes scratches, wear and discoloration from attempted installations or use. If the product returned is damaged in any way it cannot be resold and will not be accepted for return and no refund will be issued,.
If you ordered the wrong part .. don't panic just send them back, specify if you want a refund or an exchange. If an exchange, we will fill the request and then send you an invoice to pay for the difference in price (if any) and the return shipping charges. These charges must be paid before the exchange items are shipped.
If we sent you the wrong part..We apologize, just send back the parts with a copy of the invoice and a note about what is wrong. Upon verification of our error, we will rectify the error and reimburse you the cost of return USPO shipping.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, USPO method to the address below. Delivery confirmation is a good way to prove you returned the merchandise, DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE, this may cause your shipment to be returned. Include a copy of your invoice and what you would like to do, refund, exchange etc.
