Return Policy  If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type less shipping and handling charges and a 10% restocking fee.  Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be charged a 25% restocking fee.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Products must be in as new condition.  If the product returned is damaged in any way it will not be accepted for return and no refund will be issued, this includes scratches, wear and discoloration  from attempted installations or use.

 

Please mail your package in a prepaid,  USPO method to the address below. Delivery confirmation is a good way to prove you returned the merchandise, DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE, this may cause your shipment to be returned.  Include a copy of your invoice and what you would like to do, refund, exchange etc.
